Efforts of TRICO

We, Trico, would provide products that are close to people's lives and lifestyles through hygiene products.
We are also looking at global environmental issues and activities to maintain sustainable society for a future where each person can live in a healthy and personal way.
As a first effort, we have participated in the development of a mask made of sustainable fiber which is made by kneading bean dregs after coffee extraction into reused fiber.
We will work on what we can do one by one and aspire for contributing to society by continuing our business.

TRICO’s masks are produced in a factory where cleared strict hygiene standards in China under a thorough quality control system.

Reliable material

A high-performance filter that clears the inspection standards by an external public organization is used as mask filter, and the performance test is done at the factory every time when the material is received.
We supply products that customers can use confidingly.

Creating a safe environment

Hygiene management before entering the room

Before entering the mask production site, everyone wears cap and work clothes and washes hands thoroughly to remove germs.
Then everyone goes to the production site after removing the deposit on the work clothes with an air shower.

Production in clean rooms

Masks produced in the clean room are inspected one by one by an automatic image inspection machine and visual inspectors, then proceed to the packaging process to become final products.
All these steps are done in clean rooms.

Comfortable wearing

As TRICO's masks are three-dimensional process which pleated from the center up and down, you can wear it comfortably with a space around mouth.
Ear straps are made of soft type, your ears do not hurt easily even if you wear them for a long time.
